Job Summary

Storage Strategies is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support our team in Philadelphia. This role involves up to 2 days of remote work per week and offers a signing bonus for highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports and personnel metrics, as well as review policies and directives.
  • Perform professional-level tasks, including documentation planning, project administration, and general office support.
  • Assist managers with tasking, including the development of formal business correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain organizational charts and employee phone directories.
  • Support records management and office organization tasks.
  • Utilize tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to manage documents and data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 3 years of professional experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Interim Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations.
