Job Overview

Goldberg Miller & Rubin is a regional insurance defense law firm seeking an Office Assistant to join our Philadelphia team.

This entry-level position provides an introduction to the legal field and all aspects of administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, including:

  • Processing and distributing mail and other communications.
  • Creating and updating case records.
  • Saving e-filing notices from local courts.
  • Assisting legal teams and other departments within the firm.
  • Completing various projects related to firm operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
