Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Cornerstone Center. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide essential services to our clients, families, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized environment at the front desk and lobby, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
  • Screen and greet clients using camera and intercom systems, verifying identities and facilitating communication with classrooms.
  • Assist with daily communication to classrooms for entry and dismissal of clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Manage the Psychiatrist schedule, ensuring timely appointments and rescheduling as needed.
  • Receive and review deliveries, verifying contents and forwarding packing slips to the Finance department for final review.
  • Support departmental meetings by organizing, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes, as well as communicating meeting details to staff.
  • Conduct EVS for each client on the caseload twice a week, reporting any lapses in insurance coverage to the supervisor.
  • Maintain ECR of each client, uploading external and internal paperwork by due dates and times.
  • Provide transportation support as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in entering data and producing reports using an electronic medical record system.
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic communication tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required.
