About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative at Norway Bancorp. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to develop customer relationships and deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions.
  • Actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively promote our services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
  • Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
  • Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel in between branches.

Working Conditions

The physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Physical effort required includes lifting up to 35 lbs., reaching, twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
