About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including oil fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
