Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Nouria Energy Corporation is a leading wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator, and car wash operator in New England.

We operate a multi-branded retail fuel business, supplying branded and unbranded fuel to over 300 locations across New England and New York.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the store efficiently, and contributing to the increased profitability and growth of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to every customer
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate with management on store operations
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assume full responsibility for the execution of Nouria's customer service program
Requirements:
  • Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
  • Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in various temperature environments
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Requirements:
  • Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
