Position Overview

On-Call Banquet Bartender

Are you enthusiastic about the Food and Beverage industry and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests? As an On-Call Banquet Bartender, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance our guests' special occasions by delivering top-notch beverage service at various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize the bar area for events.
  • Craft and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and event menus.
  • Serve beverages according to specific client requirements for group functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is essential.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage with a genuine passion for service.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic team settings.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Washington State Food Handler Card is mandatory.
  • Washington State Liquor Control (MAST) card is required.
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
Physical Demands:
  • Regular standing and walking throughout shifts.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 20 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and repetitive hand movements.
