Your Role
If you have a passion for banquets and catering, this position is for you. As a vital member of our team, you will deliver prompt and courteous service to all banquet attendees, ensuring they have an outstanding experience that encourages them to return.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and accommodate reasonable special requests from guests.
- Set and bus tables, including arranging condiments as necessary.
- Prepare event spaces by setting up tablecloths, dishes, and silverware.
- Serve food and beverages during events in a timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries regarding buffet or menu options.
- Take initiative based on guidance from the Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

What You Bring:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or event management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of culinary offerings and wine pairings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).
