About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Buyers Edge Platform. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing exceptional support.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively anticipate and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.
