About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our MEP/FP construction projects in the Boston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MEP construction projects for Mechanical Contractors in the Boston Area
  • Work closely with the Project Executive to ensure project success
  • Lead communication between clients, Project Executives, field staff, BIM staff, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Project financial management, track, project, and influence project performance
  • Prepare/maintain Schedule, 3-6 month look ahead to ensure milestones are met or are ahead of project goals
  • Lead in-house weekly coordination meetings, Manage, track and report labor productivity
  • Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with team and clients. Mentor, develop, and coach any direct reports to improve leadership strength

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry-specific experience with a strong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; proficiency in Procore, Sage, and Timberscan a plus
