Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to develop selling initiatives and identify marketing tactics consistent with the business strategies.
  • Assist in digital initiatives, including marketing automation, workflows, and reporting, to ensure timely and relevant communication to current and potential customers.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, signage, promotional materials, and shipping of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, marketing materials, email marketing, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the building industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Tech savvy. High proficiency with marketing applications and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of door and window terms and industry trends is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 DOE.
