Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

This role will support the company's marketing strategy, partnering closely with the sales and marketing team and outside advertising agency to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop selling initiatives and identify marketing tactics consistent with the business strategies.
  • Assist in digital initiatives, including marketing automation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the building industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Tech savvy, with high proficiency in marketing applications and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
