Position Overview:

As a key member of the Provation Medical team, the Assembler will be responsible for the assembly, testing, packaging, and distribution of essential electrical testing equipment that supports critical operations worldwide.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage in assembly tasks utilizing small hand tools to construct intricate components and ensure proper labeling and packaging of products.
  • Participate in fast-paced assembly processes within designated cells, focusing on small piece assembly.
  • Utilize microscopes extensively for the assembly and inspection of various products, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Execute preparation, processing, winding, cleaning, assembly, calibration, testing, soldering, and inspection of diverse small assemblies.
  • Follow technical documents such as prints, drawings, method sheets, and diagrams in accordance with established assembly protocols.
  • Manage the movement of part supplies and finished products throughout the production area.
  • Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Demonstrated good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, particularly in repetitive tasks.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete surface.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for up to 10 hours during shifts.
  • Proficiency in using power tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a loud production environment and work well with colleagues.
  • Successful completion of a client-specific background check is required.
