Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic subassemblies using a variety of materials and tools, following detailed documentation and instructions.
- Exhibit advanced skills in wiring, soldering, and assembly, including rework and precise application techniques, while working under a microscope.

Essential Duties:
- Execute tasks in accordance with manufacturing process instructions (MPIs), production drawings, and verbal guidance.
- Maintain productivity within defined labor standards and corporate quality objectives.
- Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures and proper material handling guidelines at all times.

Performance Metrics:
- Understand and meet established performance goals that contribute to overall corporate objectives.
- Carry out complex assembly tasks using various tools and equipment, including power de-paneling and pneumatic tools.

Technical Skills:
- Perform micro assembly and micro soldering under a microscope, along with other advanced assembly activities.
- Solder both plated through-hole (PTH) and surface mount (SMT) components, ensuring compliance with IPC A 610 Class II workmanship standards.
- Conduct on-line testing and inspections to verify that parts and assemblies meet production specifications.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced micro assembly or rework is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proficient in identifying components for both PTH and SMT, including polarity.
- Familiarity with calibrated tools for assembly and measurement is essential.
- Strong soldering skills for both PTH and SMT components are necessary.
- Ability to perform basic computer tasks related to job functions.

Personal Attributes:
- Excellent manual dexterity and vision are required, along with the ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for understanding instructions.
- Basic math skills and an understanding of metric measurements are necessary.
