Job Title: Customer Service Member Liaison

CareOregon is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Member Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with providers, partners, and members to resolve complex issues related to healthcare benefits and eligibility.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for escalated issues, connecting members with the right resources and departments.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and providers to facilitate positive communication and shared problem-solving.
  • Provide proactive value-added service by identifying and reporting system issues.
  • Attend regional meetings to provide updates to community partners and assist leadership with projects to foster integration across CareOregon departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Medicare Sales desk, DSNP, and CMS rules and regulations preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and federal laws related to the medical health insurance industry.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated hiring range $51,800 - $63,320 per year, with a 5% bonus target and full benefits.
  • Opportunity to work in a fully remote position, with open locations in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
