Position Overview:
The Logistics Account Lead plays a crucial role in supporting NAVSEA and its associated PEO acquisition and sustainment commands by overseeing life cycle logistics planning and execution. This position requires the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts, while also contributing to the formulation of innovative principles and methodologies. The role involves tackling complex challenges and delivering highly creative solutions, with significant autonomy in decision-making and action. Additionally, this position includes mentoring and supervising team members in both technical and organizational skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience within NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or NAVAIR PMO as a Product Support Manager, Deputy PSM, or Life Cycle Logistician.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or NAVWAR Program Management.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD 5000 and the expectations associated with PSM roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and meet program objectives.
- Must possess a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Business or Engineering discipline.
- DAWIA Level III certification in Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a PSM or Deputy PSM in a NAVSEA-affiliated PMO.
- Familiarity with private sector proposal development processes.
- Capability to coordinate and spearhead business growth initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Top Secret clearance is preferred.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- DAWIA Level III certifications are advantageous.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually, representing a typical range for this position.
