Overview

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and deploying high-impact strategies, with prior experience in strategy consulting and/or internal strategy.

This role will support the Director, Commercial Strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders in strategy development for commercial opportunities through analysis, presentation building, and recommendation development. The Commercial Strategy Manager will provide project management support and thought partnership for commercial workstreams across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap, integrating with corporate strategy.
  • Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project work and recommendation development.
  • Develop commercially viable solutions and recommendations to problems.
  • Build executive-ready presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Managers.
  • Conduct ongoing industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for Breakthru.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify thoughtful and actionable trends and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management and/or executive communication experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and prior beverage alcohol experience.
