Commercial Strategy Manager
As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our consulting division through a phase of significant expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Market Engagement Initiatives
  • Assist the GTM team and Account Directors in driving new sales and account growth.
  • Support proposal teams in crafting and developing high-quality, customized client proposals (RFPs and RFIs).
  • Design and execute strategic sales campaigns, proactively identifying new opportunities for data and insights services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and introduce innovative practices across multiple accounts.
  • Address requests from various industries and provide strategic direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with industry vertical teams to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with diverse client partners.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with potential and existing clients to drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage account strategies under the guidance of a client partner, dedicating time to fortify existing client relationships and attract strategic new clients.
  • Engage in exploratory discussions and workshops with prospective clients.

Data & Analytics Expertise
  • Formulate the strategy and perspective for various Data & Analytics domains as the Data Analytics Expert.
  • Analyze market trends related to Data to identify potential sales opportunities, both immediate and long-term.
  • Offer proactive insights on Data Management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Bring enthusiasm, determination, and creativity to client identification and opportunity development.
  • Utilize your expertise to propose data strategies and program approaches for prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 5+ years of experience in the data sector.
  • 4+ years of experience in a global consulting environment.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with senior leaders/CXO level in large organizations.
  • 4+ years of experience working alongside technical teams.
  • Demonstrated sales and presales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving topics.
  • Strong capability in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust personal drive and work ethic.
