Commercial Sales Manager

The Commercial Sales Manager is a key role at AutoZone, responsible for driving commercial sales within their location. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can develop and maintain positive relationships with commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Manage commercial customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and delivery of products
- Act as a consultative partner to commercial customers, providing expert knowledge on automotive parts and industry
- Maintain accurate records and billing for commercial accounts, processing returns and reconciliations
- Contribute to a safe working environment, ensuring AutoZoners implement safe practices and follow proper accident and claim procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and excellent selling skills
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
