Job Title: Property Manager

At Affinity Property Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our multi-family apartment communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that our properties are profitable and that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Supervise and train staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with our portfolio manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
  • Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior, and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development.
Work Environment:

Approximately 80% of the time will be spent in an office environment using a computer and phone, while approximately 20% will be spent inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage.

This role requires the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and maneuver walkways, as well as the ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
