POSITION SUMMARY:


Are you passionate about hospitality? We are looking to enhance our team with an owner engagement specialist who will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our esteemed homeowners.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and driven, possessing outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for the hospitality field.


Your role will involve daily interactions with homeowners and internal teams, guiding them through our management strategies and confidently addressing any challenges that may arise, ensuring that each homeowner's investment thrives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and nurture positive relationships with homeowners.

Inform homeowners about the advantages of our property management practices.

Provide regular updates to homeowners regarding their property's performance, including feedback, maintenance, and bookings.

Communicate with homeowners about financial statements, bookings, pricing, account inquiries, and property care to meet their needs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, Guest Relations, Onboarding, and Field staff.

Create FAQs and other standardized resources to address common homeowner inquiries and concerns.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience with a strong understanding of the vacation rental sector is preferred.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management.

Proficient technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Capable of thriving in a self-directed work environment without constant oversight.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Personal, reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and proof of vehicle insurance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000
