Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persistent follow-up.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community aspects, including leasing and pricing information, availability, amenities, and local lifestyle.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to assess the needs of prospects and residents.
  • Ensure that apartments are visually appealing for showings and move-ins.
  • Identify client preferences to find the ideal apartment home, conducting personalized tours and discussions.
  • Assist prospects in securing an apartment by qualifying and touring potential residents, screening applicants, and preparing all necessary documentation for lease agreements.
  • Conduct market research by visiting competitive properties and completing weekly surveys.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and resident events, contributing ideas to increase property traffic.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts and social media channels.
  • Implement outreach marketing strategies.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Perform essential office tasks and manage paperwork related to apartment rentals.
  • Provide outstanding service to residents, supporting retention efforts, renewal programs, and community activities.
