About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Heartland, a Global Payments Company. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling merchant services offerings to businesses in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, telephone communications, marketing programs, and other activities as needed.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and give online presentations.
  • Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations during the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • B2B sales experience, cold calling sales experience, demonstrated successful performance in previous sales job
What We Offer

Compensation for this role is based on performance, and you'll enjoy aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership as you meet and exceed your targets. It's W2 Medical, Dental, Life, & Disability benefits to keep you healthy and happy. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
