Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at SRP Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service local stores within a designated territory with our high-quality products
  • Merchandise and sell our products to store management and employees
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct end-of-day reports
  • Execute store resets, promotional materials, and fixture installations
  • Communicate with management to resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Technical skills in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom
