Administrative Operations Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join a prominent client in the telecommunications sector. This role is vital for maintaining the seamless operation of the organization, providing both administrative and technical assistance to ensure optimal functionality.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be instrumental in:
- Delivering essential support that contributes to the overall success of the organization.
- Managing and organizing financial data effectively.
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as document control and record maintenance.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to analyze data.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and administrative support.
