Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Central Maintenance & Service Company. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Welcoming visitors with a professional demeanor and ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
    • Managing the reception area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Providing administrative assistance to our team members, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
    • Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
    • Supporting special projects and other tasks assigned by management.
  • HR Responsibilities:
    • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
    • Maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Supporting HR with benefits administration and other employee-related inquiries.
    • Entering call offs and vacation requests into our internal database.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prior customer service, administrative, or phone experience preferred.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
