- Education: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, administrative services, or a related field.
- Experience: Three years of related administrative experience, with a preference for experience supporting senior leadership.
- Skills: Extensive ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Considerable ability to communicate effectively, prepare clear and concise written documents, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
