Job Summary

The Airport Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide advanced administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the SVP, Human Resources, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage various projects, including department meetings, cross-departmental meetings, and industry events.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update corporate documents, records, and databases.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, expenses, and travel-related services.
  • Expense Reporting: Reconcile corporate American Express statements and prepare expense reports.
  • Event Planning: Arrange programs, events, or conferences, including facilities, catering, and event budgets.
  • Team Support: Assist with departmental tasks, including conference room requests, team events, and employee recognition efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, administrative services, or a related field.
  • Experience: Three years of related administrative experience, with a preference for experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Skills: Extensive ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Considerable ability to communicate effectively, prepare clear and concise written documents, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
