- Provide oversight and direction in the planning, development, and implementation of programs and operations.
- Apply budget and fiscal methods to establish and maintain an organization.
- Work on major program segments, organizational structures, and functional responsibilities.
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression.
- Experience applying management techniques, methods, theories, principles, and labor relations concepts.
- Experience planning, directing, and evaluating work of subordinate managers and employees.
- Experience applying budget and fiscal methods.
- Experience working on major program segments, organizational structures, and functional responsibilities.
A college or university degree from an accredited institution is required. Foreign education may be used to meet the requirements if deemed equivalent to a U.S. education program.
Additional InformationThis is a non-bargaining unit position. The salary range reflects the minimum locality pay up to maximum locality pay for all duty locations listed. The range will be adjusted for selected duty location.
