Job Summary:The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our West Coast region, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to succeed. This is a full-time salaried position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of investigators and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, including client meetings, presentations, and other external events.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the private investigations industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminal justice or business administration.
- Private investigative insurance industry experience.
- Experience with coaching, teaching, assessing, and mentoring.
- Ability to problem-solve and lead teams to produce timely results.
