Job Description

Daikin Applied is seeking a highly skilled Regional Parts Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing revenues and delivering profits by managing assigned existing and future sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, Daikin Service and Parts offices, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including social media and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Forecast sales and report results, including revenues, profits, and expenses by customer and by line of business.
  • Manage sales growth through information communication, assisting distributors through strong relationships.
  • Audit and coach on site, including best practices for stock rotation, hiring and training, inside and outside sales, and reach to the installed base of Daikin Applied equipment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 in most cities, with higher ranges in select locations.
  • Eligibility for an additional incentive plan.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, and support for community involvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years related experience.
  • Experience with multiple channel distribution selling.
  • Experience with social media and e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
