Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and managing various office operations, including opening and closing the office, answering incoming calls, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, marketing, and data entry, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Data Management.
  • We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, full benefits package, and the potential for a performance-based bonus dependent upon position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills are a must
  • Any office administration or marketing experience is a plus

  • Must be reliable and proactive
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
