Business Development Representative

Join a leader in healthcare as a Business Development Representative for our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving referrals and admissions to our hospitals and programs.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote our behavioral health services to potential referral sources.
- Serve as a Clinical Community Coordinator, providing education and support services to drive referrals from inpatient to Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and outpatient programs.
- Provide statewide Continuing Education Program opportunities through lunch and learns and meetings to support our territory and other territories as needed.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department on ongoing updates of the HMS Referral Source Database.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department to follow up with all referral sources regarding referrals and admissions.
- Effectively work with other Hospital Department Heads in the development, education, and implementation of our Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field (e.g. Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.). Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred.
- 2 years experience in combined clinical/marketing, sales or contract services in the mental health field; Behavioral Health Hospital experience preferred.
- Clinical License Preferred (LCSW or LPC).
