About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Site Development Coordinators to join our team in Raleigh. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for managing construction operations within our communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and real-world exposure to various business areas, including purchasing, land development, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction operations within assigned communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction with a strong academic record (GPA 3.0+). You should also be self-motivated, charismatic, and willing to learn and train as part of a growing company. Senior status is preferred. Additionally, you must have the ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday.
