Salary: The compensation range for this position is $22-27/hour, based on experience.

Job Description:

  • **Business Administration:**
  • Coordinate with outside service vendors to ensure smooth business operations, including insurance, legal, IT and tech support, bookkeeping, and accounting services.
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of software tools to improve office efficiency.
  • Create client invoices and manage billing processes.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Maintain accurate records of computer equipment, including purchase dates, warranty information, and maintenance history.
  • Coordinate with the landlord and cleaner to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Organize office events and activities to foster a positive team culture.
  • Human Resources:
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed for new hires and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and track employee expense reports and reimbursements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or finance.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Paychex, and Microsoft Excel.
