Position Overview

As a Senior Oracle EBS/ERP Specialist, you will leverage your extensive expertise to implement and optimize Oracle's Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Implementation and Testing: Demonstrate senior-level proficiency in implementing and testing Oracle Financial Modules such as IPPO, AP, PA, GL, and the P2P pay process.
  • Project Accounting Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Project Accounting and budgetary control to enhance financial operations.
  • Best Practices and Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit superior attention to detail, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Needs Analysis: Analyze complex business requirements and adapt solutions accordingly.
  • Global Consolidation Expertise: Apply strong knowledge in Revaluation, Translation, and Consolidation processes using GCS.
  • Solution Design Experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in solution design, including preparing specification documentation, designing process workflows, identifying gaps, and providing functional inputs for specifications and post-implementation support.
  • MultiOrg and Reporting Currency Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in MultiOrg Global Consolidation System, Multiple Reporting Currencies, and Flex field setups.
  • Subledger Reconciliation: Exhibit expertise in reconciling Subledger modules.
  • Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions, requirement gathering, process walkthroughs, and functional design documentation.
  • System Administration Skills: Manage system administration tasks, including defining request groups, responsibilities, and user profiles.
  • Subledger Accounting Experience: Show experience in Subledger Accounting, Accounting Setup Manager, and Multi Org Access Control (MOAC).
  • Communication Skills: Possess exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Be proficient in creating and delivering presentations to business partners.
  • Organizational Understanding: Understand the dynamics of large organizations and decision-making processes.
  • Agile Program Management: Familiarity with Agile program management methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Exhibit strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, proactively anticipating team priorities and stakeholder requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take on challenging assignments to meet critical deadlines.
  • Dynamic Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in desktop tools for presentations, data consolidation, and process mapping, such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio; JIRA experience is a plus.
