Role Responsibilities
As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in project coordination and functional support, driving enhancements for our essential enterprise information systems.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, D365 Finance and Operations, and related software.
  • Proficient in SQL programming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced technical and analytical capabilities.

  • Provide user support to resolve application and business process challenges.
  • Analyze operational procedures to develop functional system requirements and guide team members.
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to technical development issues.
  • Enhance process flows and user documentation for Dynamics GP and D365 Finance and Operations modules.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental needs.
