About the Role

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Enterprise ERP Program Manager to lead the implementation of our full-cycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver ERP implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project charters, stakeholder registers, and scope statements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementation and project management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of total project management experience, including 5 years of related program management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP programs, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience managing and leading resources in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interface with and influence team members at diverse levels.
  • Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation projects for healthcare organizations, including experience with industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Knowledge of hospital operational processes, including supply chain, finance, pharmacy, facilities, clinical, HR, and other areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with robust PPM tools, such as Planview or Clarity, for resource, schedule, and budget management.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value techniques and reporting.
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
