Administrative Coordinator

In this role as Scheduler and Client Liaison, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver assignments and client needs in Dana Point, CA.
You will manage schedules, ensure timely placement of caregivers, and maintain clear communication with clients and caregivers. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality and timely care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Must reside close to our Dana Point office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Compensation: Estimated salary is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
