Front Desk Manager

Job Description: The Front Desk Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This individual will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling client communications, and providing top-notch support to our team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
- Coordinate client appointments, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with care managers, upper management, and clinical staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Update and maintain accurate records within HomeCare IT scheduling software and the Provider Direct database.
- Address client concerns, providing empathetic and professional support.
- Collaborate with new hires during orientation and address any issues that may arise.
- Fill referred cases from contracting agencies and referral sources in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and referral sources, promoting the organization's services.
- Prepare and disseminate regular updates, reports, and other written materials.
- Demonstrate adaptability in working with diverse personalities and ages.
- Represent the organization at community events and participate in weekend call rotations.
- Assume various roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Experience in home care, preferably as a caregiver or scheduling coordinator.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Scheduling Software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
- Some college education or equivalent experience.
Salary: $22-$27 per hour.
