We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to manage our accounting tasks with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial documentation with precision.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow effectively.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with external accountants for tax and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Certification as a Certified Bookkeeper is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake additional administrative duties as required.
