Job Overview

The Financial Analysis Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering thorough financial assessments and support to uphold the organization's fiscal integrity and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and evaluate financial reports, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Guarantee precision and promptness in reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the formulation of budgets and financial projections. Track budget performance and deliver variance analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Perform extensive financial analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Leverage data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Expense Monitoring: Oversee and assess expenses to ensure alignment with the budget. Identify and report any inconsistencies.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and sustain financial models to facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning tasks.
  • Process Enhancement: Propose and execute enhancements to financial processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure financial practices adhere to applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. CPA or CFA certification is advantageous.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
