Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Oversee project budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations
  • Evaluate project financial metrics including costs, invoices, and revenue
  • Generate precise financial reports, including profitability assessments and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with project leaders for accurate project costing and forecasting
  • Assist in the formulation of project budgets and financial forecasts
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities related to projects
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Coordinate with the finance department for project billing and revenue acknowledgment
  • Maintain project accounting records and provide necessary documentation
  • Conduct financial assessments and provide support for project evaluations

Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in project finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools
  • Strong grasp of project financial principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cross-functional teams is advantageous
