Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor daily operations essential for the timely and successful completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectives and departmental protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline clear milestones and delegate responsibilities effectively. Ensure the creation, updating, and distribution of essential project documentation, including contact lists, timelines, meeting summaries, and action item lists.
  • Leverage specialized departmental software and tools to maintain consistency and quality in project execution, while providing transparency regarding milestone dates and project progress.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers, utilizing this knowledge to enhance personal contributions. Recognize how the work of the team integrates with other departments and supports overall objectives.
  • Exercise some degree of autonomy in decision-making within established guidelines. Address issues requiring technical expertise and judgment according to defined procedures, seeking guidance from senior team members when necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in the project. Engage in regular meetings (both internal and external) to offer direction, update on project status, assign tasks, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Adopt a proactive stance in identifying potential risks to project success. Address and escalate issues across functions regarding project delivery, timelines, training schedules, and resource availability to meet client commitments and organizational targets.
  • Contribute to the identification and development of process enhancements.
  • Communicate all project requirements and commitments clearly (both verbally and in writing) to staff and management. Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills in managing installation and integration projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to clients at both project management and executive levels as necessary.
  • Assess resource needs, manage time allocation effectively, and ensure team accountability to project deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration is required.
  • An MBA is preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • This role requires regular use of hands for handling equipment and tools. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, talk, or hear; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25-35 pounds is necessary, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work may frequently occur in various weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and in environments that may be wet or humid. Exposure to fumes and electrical hazards may occur, and occasional work on ladders or in confined spaces is required. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderately loud.
