Your Contributions to Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc

The Director, Chief of Staff / Administration will report to the Executive Leadership and will be based in our operational hub. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration, transparency, operational excellence, and integrity. This role will serve as a vital, strategic, and trusted ally to the Executive Leadership and other key figures within the organization. The incumbent will be expected to lead, inspire, and influence as directed by the Executive Leadership. They will be deeply involved in both strategic and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance in partnership with leadership.

Who You Are

Oversee daily operations of the organization

  • Provide high-level advisory support, project leadership, execution, and facilitation while being a key collaborator across functions.
  • Engage in the development, execution, and achievement of the organization’s overall strategic vision and growth plan in partnership with leadership.
  • Able to influence others, adapt swiftly, think innovatively, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Collaborate across various internal functions, prioritizing activities based on impact and strategic objectives.
  • Key partner to corporate teams, facilitating cross-organizational initiatives and communications.
  • Identify problems, create processes, and execute operational tasks effectively.
  • Manage financials, budgets, and workforce plans in collaboration with finance and human resources teams.
  • Coordinate organizational procedures for enhanced efficiency and productivity while streamlining collaboration among team members.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and engage with senior leaders professionally.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with business leaders across the organization.
  • Lead, oversee, and manage critical projects while communicating project status to stakeholders.
  • Act as a culture champion, guiding the implementation of organizational values and behaviors.
  • Maintain accountability for the timely delivery of commitments.
  • Develop and execute meeting agendas, ensuring a positive and productive experience for teams.
  • In partnership with leadership, prepare and present relevant organizational data, progress, and strategic priorities.

  • Prepare and manage materials as requested by leadership.
  • Identify and recommend necessary internal and external resources for timely project completion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in team leadership.

  • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing skills, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
