The Role:
We are seeking an Agile Project Leader to join our dynamic engineering team focused on developing Arine's Virtual Pharmacist platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the infrastructure and delivery of our core data services.
The Agile Project Leader will coordinate development efforts and support our expanding engineering teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, mentoring teams, and facilitating effective communication. This position will also involve direct collaboration with the Product team and Implementation Director to guarantee timely project deliverables. Additionally, the Agile Project Leader will oversee project timelines and communicate progress across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage project challenges, risks, and action items
- Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making sessions
- Track team performance and progress to enhance planning and delivery
- Ensure effective use of collaborative processes and address team impediments
- Monitor project deliverables and align them with business objectives
- Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the Product team
- Balance organizational expectations with technical requirements
- Maintain project documentation and plans with relevant team members
- Identify and allocate resources necessary for project tasks
- Oversee the timeline for project deliverables
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information technology
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience with JIRA
- 3+ years in a Scrum Master role or similar position
- 3 years of experience in IT or project management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Proven leadership and management capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Proficient in computer applications
