Position Overview

The CNC Machining Specialist is responsible for operating automated CNC machinery to manufacture quick-connect components while ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze blueprints or work orders to determine product specifications.
2. Set up and secure parts and tooling within the machinery.
3. Initiate and monitor machine operations to identify and rectify any issues.
4. Utilize shop gauges to measure components, demonstrating an understanding of each tool's application.
5. Interpret and execute programming instructions effectively.
6. Operate machinery with minimal supervision.
7. Make necessary adjustments to tooling as required.
8. Perform tool changes independently as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of CNC operations and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
