In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for our CNC machinery and related equipment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues affecting CNC equipment.
  • Conduct machine alignments, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Meticulously document all maintenance activities, repairs, replacements, and adjustments for future reference.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams to identify and address machine-related problems.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical or vocational training in CNC maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with various types of CNC machines and controls, including PLCs.
  • Ability to comprehend electrical diagrams, manuals, and other technical information.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
