Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will oversee operations at our San Antonio office, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to seniors in the area while driving sustainable growth. Your leadership will inspire a team of committed caregivers dedicated to making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to promote their professional growth and enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to create and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with budgeted growth objectives.
  • Foster a professional and respectful workplace that attracts and retains high-performing employees.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and evaluate programs to meet standards in sales, human resources, marketing, finance, quality, and service.
  • Assess and refine current and new service offerings within the operational area.
  • Encourage participation in community health initiatives among staff and stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility and accessibility to staff to promote open communication.
  • Be prepared to respond to on-call situations as business needs arise.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare standards and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, particularly in relation to the VA, is preferred.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Physical Requirements:
