  • Evaluate ancillary revenue campaigns and lead development activities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Examine sales metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes, developing strategic plans to enhance profitability
  • Maximize revenue streams, including rentable items, fees, amenity charges, and more
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business analytics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in revenue performance analysis or a similar data-driven area
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI and Revenue Management software a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent business reporting and communication skills, with the ability to effectively visualize data and translate key insights for various audiences
