Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and cold-calling sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and closing skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a sales automation system

Salary: $40,000 base + uncapped commission. On Target Earnings: $80,000-$100,000 annually

Location: Remote (with the exception of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont)
